Program Outline

1ST YEAR

During your 1st year at Re-Vision, you will be a part of the Professional Services department, working closely with Customer Success Engineers and Application Support Engineers. You will learn everything about Re-Vision's product suite and learn from different teams to gain knowledge and expertise on our services and applications.

After the initial onboarding period, you will start working on complex IT implementations at international retailers and work with experienced team-members to help our customers successfully implement and maintain their Re-Vision systems. In that period, you will start identifying your main interests and skills in order to specialise after your program year.

SPECIALISATION

After your 1-year training period, you will have the change to specialise in a variety of roles and fields. These are divided in pure tech roles and hybrid roles, where you will use both business and technology knowledge to drive customer satisfaction, sales and product fit.

Hybrid Roles

Solution Specialist

As an expert in solution architecture and networks, you will advise our customers and internal teams to creating and implementing the perfect solution for each retailer. 

Business Analyst

Use your technical skills and business knowledge to analyse and grow our product suite and customer solutions as a Business Analyst. 

Engagement Manager

As first point of contact, you will lead and engage with our retail customers to drive sales and position our product suite in the market. 

Customer Success Engineer

Our CSE's are product experts and advisors during the implementation of our solutions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team acting in different roles to achieve overall success of our customers.

TECH Roles

Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will focus on everything related to Data and Machine Learning. You will be essential in realising our roadmap goals and extending our Impact Platform.

Software Developer

Join the Software Development team if you are passionated about creating and improving applications and want to bring your creativity into our product suite. 

Quality Assurance

Be a part of our Quality Assurance team to ensure our customers are delighted by our solutions and our applications remain market-leading. 

Application Support Engineer

As an ASE, you will be part of a team of professionals providing 2nd & 3rd line support in order to assure quality, performance, and uptime of our applications.
