Re-Vision at the NRF 101st Annual Convention & EXPO

For the third year in a row, the My-Scan software solution from Re-Vision will be showcased at the Motorola booth among the key solutions on display. 

Retail’s BIG Show in New York is where the world’s retailers and strategic partners gather once a year to share ideas, make connections, embrace technology and drive the industry forward. In 2012, 400+ exhibitors from over 60 countries in a 150,000 sq ft EXPO Hall will present their solutions, inspired at the keynote address from 42nd President of the United States Bill Clinton. 39% of the BIG Show Audience are C-Level and Senior Executives.

For the third year in a row, the My-Scan software solution from Re-Vision will be showcased at the Motorola booth among the key solutions on display. Remarkably, this year Re-Vision is chosen as the only ISV Partner which is not based in North America, presenting the self-scanning technology jointly with Motorola Solutions NA team at the booth. To strengthern their joint effort of introducing PSS to their North American customers, Re-Vision and Motorola are hosting a PSS Luncheon Event on Monday, January 16, from 12:00 to 13:00 p.m. in Room 1C03 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

Frank Riso, Motorola Solutions ISG Retail, who will be hosting the Luncheon, says, “PSS, or Personal Shopping Solution, has been one of the hottest trends in the field of self-service lately. During the past 3 years it has been actively adopted by major retailers in Europe which made a huge impact on the visibility of this technology to the end-customer. Here in North America, some of our retailers have already implemented PSS in their stores as well. Motorola Solutions and Re-Vision have made this joint effort to organize the Luncheon for our customers to provide some insights on the different PSS projects. Our mutual installed base counts up to over 45.000 scanner units globally, and we believe that sharing PSS best practices with our guests while they enjoy a delicious meal, will stimulate the adoption of the PSS technology by the North American market”.
